Welcome to 14 Mile's cancellation and return policy.

Due to the nature of our business with jobs being proprietary and limited to a few parts no returns will be accepted unless
they are returned to 14 Mile at the customers expense and deemed to be unacceptable to the quoted part. Our standard
tolerances and materials can be found on the design guidelines page.

Cancellations of a job before the cutting process have been started will result in a charge for the material only.
Cancellations made during cutting will be billed for the material used along with a charge for the machine usage.
Cancellations before parts being shipped will result in a charge for the machine time, material and expedite fee if necessary,
however shipping charges will not be incurred.
