At 14 Mile we use Subtactive Rapid Prototyping: With SRP we are able to quote parts, make parts and sell parts in the same time and cost range as additive rapid prototyping but with production grade materials that can be used in their final intended operations.

About our quoting process
At 14 Mile we believe in giving you as much information as possible to enable you to make your decision in a timely and confident manner.

To do this we provide a transparent model of our cost structure on the cost chart. Here you can see graphically about how much your part will cost based on a variety of factors that you control.

If you submit your request for quote on the 14 Mile home page you will receive within 1 hour an:
- Official quote
- Part delivery date
- Part drawing after milling showing all views necessary to capture all details
- An estimated cut length if you would like to watch your part cut

Purchasing our parts
When you have reviewed your quote, drawing and delivery time and are prepared to make your purchase. Respond to the e-mail with a confirmation of the number of parts you would like to purchase. Once confrimation is received:
- You will receive a live view code and manufacturing time
- The date when your parts will arrive

We accept two forms of payment:
- A purchase order, net 30 maximum
- Via credit card in which you will receive an invoice via e-mail from 14 Mile. Verify the charges and click the link to pay securely with Google checkout.
