At 14 Mile we believe a well informed customer will be a happy customer which is why we present this cost chart.
-The cost chart for the material and the cutting cost of the materials are provided in a table format so you can make instant comparisons.
-You will see we offer a wide range of products, from our low cost fast machining modeling materials to brass.
-The table below only shows part size up to 75 cubic inches though larger parts are available.
-Each part depending on the quantity ordered has a minimum price to cover fixed costs.
-All parts are quoted delivered to the customer, so shipping charges are added to these estimates before official quotes are sent.

To use the cost chart follow these steps:
1) Determine the smallest box that the part will fit in, which will be the size of the material used to cut the part.
2) Multiply the box length x width x depth to get the cubic inches of material.
3) Look up the material in the chart below.
4) Take the cubic inches of material in step 2 and find the corresponding cost in columns 2-6 (column 2 = 1 cu. in. .. column 6 = 75 cu. in.).

Note: This is an estimated cost and prices will vary according to specific part geometries that can require longer cutting times.

Note: Metals such as aluminum and brass can be quoted but depend extensively on part geometries so they require special attention in estimating costs.
